The Toilet Book is a resource which provides
information about the care and maintenance of toilet systems in
remote communities. It was produced in partnership with NT Health
and Community Services – Environmental Health Unit and the
Power and Water Authority. The Toilet Book provides useful information about easy and low cost ways to clean and maintain flush toilets. It shows people through diagrams and pictures how their toilet system works and talks about the importance of toilet hygiene.
