CASSE is a not for profit organisation and since 2011 they have had a partnership with Alice Springs Congress. They have helped set up small organisations like the men shed through Congress called Ingkintja. They have also been working with the Royal Flying Doctors Service with a Traditional Tools Project with the remote communities of Kintore, Haast Bluff and Mt Liebig. With the Santa Teresa community they have the Mental Health Cultural Horse Trek.
CASSE is all about changing minds and saving lives, and to create safe, supportive environments for individuals, families and communities.
Pamela Nathan the Director of CASSE Aboriginal Australian Relations Program has been travelling to the heart of Central Australia for over 30 years. She has listened and learned from the elders and co-written 2 books called Health Business and Settle Down Country.
