If you are not happy with our service: Talk to a staff member or contact the Waltja office to talk about your concerns first. We might visit you or arrange for you to visit our office. We will ask you what has made you unhappy, who is involved, what you want to happen.
Who can make a complaint? Anyone can make a complaint – this includes you, your family, or anyone else who has a concern or issue about our services. It’s OK to complain about any of our services if you have a problem or concern about them.
What can we do about your complaint? Talking, or meeting with you (and a support person if you choose to have one) to understand what your problems and concerns are about, and how we can follow up. We can help you write down your complaint.
Most problems can be fixed by:
- Understanding the situation
- Giving you information about why something happened
- Taking action to change the way services are provided
We might also give you information about things you can do to help the situation.
