'Doing Good Work with Families'

The RSAS team is here to help with issues related to school attendance. The RSAS team understands that it is sometimes hard to get kids to school. The team works with students, parents, school staff and community members to help all kids get to school. The RSAS team is made up of Papunya community members; mums, dads, aunties, uncles and grandparents. So if you need assistance, speak to the RSAS team. They are here to help! The program has 8 key areas to help achieve the goal of increasing school attendance.

This is a whole community approach: Parents/Carers, TOs/Elders, Community Leaders, Extended Family, Young People, Peer Leaders, Stakeholders, Community.

The RSAS program has a bus that transports kids from the outstations to the school. This service is provided on a daily basis in the mornings and the afternoons. No matter what you want do in life, the key to success is an education. We need to all work together and give every kid a chance at a bright future. The kids are our future.
